  • I just wanted to say a big thank you for all the sessions so far! I never thought I’d be someone who enjoys exercise, but I have learnt not only to love it but I really look forward to our sessions (even the lunges!).   • Sarah has completely turned me around. She got me moving and had me doing the ‘Couch to 5k’ so last Feb I was able to restart Tonbridge Parkrun which I hadn’t done for years. She’s very organised, takes into account what you’ve done/what you want to achieve and builds a plan just for you. She’s awesome! I’ve lost kilos and inches, gained stamina, improved my mental health and have way surpassed my own physical expectations. I’m up to 10k+ now and have even done some races – couldn’t have done any of this without her!
